Our story

It all started in 2004 at a kitchen table. Mark Canning built Penny Lane Homes from the ground up, growing it into a multi-branch agency with a reputation for honesty, expert advice, and outstanding results.

Today, Mark has passed the baton on, under the leadership of Akash Sharda and Roberto Rigano, we continue to build on those values, helping sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants across Scotland make their next move with confidence.

With our well established branches in Renfrew, Paisley and Baillieston in 2024, and now new branches in Glasgow South and Johnstone in 2025, and a few more branches for 2026, we cover a wide area across West Central Scotland. Our values remain as true as they were back then -transparency, honesty and integrity.
